A Web-based software application that performs basic pitch-class set calculations and operations.
Written with the set-theory novice in mind, this pedagogically-oriented program was specifically designed for compatibility with Joseph Straus' Introduction to Post-Tonal Theory, 3/e. Students and instructors alike may use the program to check answers to textbook exercises, check calculations, or freely explore the pitch-class set universe.
